Daily flights operate between Rhodes and most major European destinations, either directly or via the new Athens International Airport, which is a 50-minute flight away. During the winter months, when direct charter flights do not operate services, Rhodes is connected to Athens with very frequent services. There are 4-5 daily flights to and from Athens airport, with two different carriers Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free trip from every destination. Rhodes International Airport is just 15km from Rhodes town and 45km from the Lindos area.
