Savvaidis & Associates is the largest real estate agency on the island of Rhodes with 4 offices and more than 15 full-time experienced professionals.

The company was established in 1983. Since then we have been offering quality brokerage services, in both the residential and commercial sectors. Property management and valuation is another important part of our company's activities.

During the last 7 years Savvaidis & Associates has expanded its activities to the emerging market of holiday homes. With more than 300 properties for sale online we cover more than 95% of the housing supply on the island! Today the company is considered one of the top estate agencies in Greece.

Savvaidis & Associates operates a large local network of offices, strategically located in prime spots on the island. Our Head Office, located in Rhodes Central Square (Gr. Lambraki 14& Amerikis), has an area of 250 m2. Our branch in the Old Town is located on prestigious Socrates street. Our office serving the Lindos area is located in the heart of Lindos Village. We also have 2 shops on the main road in Kalathos.
