Savvaidis Property Management in Rhodes offers a comprehensive and uncomplicated property management service, affording you peace of mind whether you are letting your property or using it as a holiday home.
Regular checks will be made on your property and a report will be sent to you to keep you updated with any work needed to maintain your home in good condition, both internally and externally. Our team of experienced property management tradesmen can carry out any repairs that you authorise.

Savvaidis Property Management in Rhodes can be contacted at any time, day or night, about any problems arising with the property or problems your clients may have. These will be resolved as soon as possible.
An information pack will be supplied with all services offered and relevant contact details.
Start of the Season Spring Clean
At the start of the rental season it is likely that your property will require a spring clean, if it has been unused during the winter months. We can ensure that the electricity and water supplies are satisfactory, test all your electrical appliances, check light bulbs, launder curtains and rugs, ensure you have a sufficient supply of linen, notify you if any household items require replacement, clean and mop all internal floors and balconies, dust furniture and fittings, clean kitchen and bathrooms, clean windows and shutters and make up all beds. We will supply all cleaning materials.
Please note there will be extra property management charges incurred for any laundering.
Welcome Pack
Our Welcome Pack includes water, fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bread, butter, eggs, preserve, biscuits, ham, cheese, crackers and a bottle of wine.
If you require any additional provisions for your guests, you can contact us with your requirements and we will arrange this on your behalf. Please give us a minimum of two days’ notice (excluding weekends) and our property management team will be more than happy to help.
Changeovers (arrivals & departures)
Changeovers include airing the house, defrosting the fridge-freezer, cleaning and mopping floors and sweeping balconies, dusting furniture and fittings, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning internal windows and shutters and making up beds.
At this time we will also check for damage or breakages and inform you immediately.
We will supply all cleaning materials.
Cleaning During Stay
During a two-week stay this will include a change of bed linen and towels, and cleaning of bathrooms and internal floors.
We will supply all cleaning materials.
Your Bookings
It is advisable that all dates, arrival times and special requirements are emailed to us on confirmation of booking.
All cleaning costs are to be paid for in advance. Alternatively, if Savvaidis Property Management organise your rentals in Rhodes, cleaning costs can be deducted from the rental income.
If you are visiting your property in Rhodes before the rental season begins we can arrange to meet with you and discuss your property management requirements for the season.
Laundry
The cost of laundry is included in the prices above during your guests’ stay; however, should there be any additional laundry during your guests’ stay (rugs, quilts, curtains etc.) additional charges would be incurred.
Welcome Visit
A representative from the Savvaidis Property Management team Rhodes will provide a complimentary welcome visit to your property the day after arrival, to make sure your guests have everything they require and to answer any questions they may have.
Call Out
This is a service we provide should it be necessary for us to be called out to your guests, for example if they are lost, get locked out, have problems with services or appliances, and so on.
You may wish to charge your guests if the call out is a result of negligence. Please make your guests aware of this in your property manual or booking confirmation. Payment must be made during their stay to the property management team in Rhodes.
Bill Handling
We can provide a bill collection and payment service, ensuring your electricity, water and telephone bills are paid on time to avoid unnecessary disconnection / reconnection fees.
We will require a mutually agreed-upon sum of money deposited with our company. Unfortunately, some banks may charge us if it is necessary for you to transfer funds to us from your own country; please check with your bank. We will not be able to pay bills until the funds reach our bank account, unless by special negotiation.
Winter Inspection Visits
Our experienced property management team here on Rhodes can provide winter inspection visits to your property including key holding, checking electricity and water, and watering garden if required (or checking that your watering system is working). We also thoroughly check the interior and exterior of all properties and collect any bills. Should there be any problems with the property you will be notified immediately. We will also be happy to supply you with photographs.
Accepting Deliveries
We can accept deliveries on your behalf. Goods and delivery charges must be paid for in advance, or you should provide us with sufficient funds and details. For furniture deliveries, for example, it will be necessary for you to advise us where you would like these items to be placed.
Shopping
If you require any shopping, then please provide us with a list, and we will deliver the items to your property prior to arrival. We will then arrange collection of costs.
Builder’s Cleaning
A builder’s cleaning is a thorough initial cleaning of the property (inside and out) when the builders have finished. It includes removing grout, paint and cement from tiles, paint from light switches and electrical sockets, removing packaging and stickers from kitchen units and bathroom fittings, removing pencil marks and sawdust from kitchen units and wardrobes,cleaning of windows and shutters and removal of rubbish and packaging within reason. All floors will be mopped once they have been cleaned, and tiles, kitchen unit doors and wardrobes will be polished.
Builder’s cleanings should be carried out before furniture is delivered to the property. White goods will not cause a problem. Water and electricity services must also be connected to enable us to work; we will not carry out this service should this not be in place. Clients must be satisfied with their property and must have the property handed over from the builder. We will not accept responsibility if the builder returns to the property after cleaning to carry out additional work. Return visits as a result of extra work will incur additional charges.

Garden and Pool
We offer a full pool and gardening service.
If you require this service one of the property management team will visit the property to do a survey and give you a quotation.
