 We understand that during a relaxing holiday it is not the ideal time to make a serious decision, that's why we recommend our property weekends.
Apart from our extensive database of ready built properties, we also deal with all the major developers in Rhodes, which enables us to offer you the widest variety of properties available to suit every price range.
Before arriving in Rhodes, you will be contacted by one of our Property Specialists to clarify what your requirements are. This enables us to instantly produce a number of properties from a database of properties available for sale, including some new off-plan developments. This ensures that we match the most suitable properties to your requirements.
Prior to your arrival, your Property Specialist will plan a bespoke itinerary for your visit, refining a selection of properties to meet your individual needs. You will also be given the opportunity to visit points of interest including beaches and attractions etc as well as the local amenities.
Inspection Tour Itinerary
There's a lot to fit in when you join our personal one-to-one inspection tours!
Our inspection tours are a bespoke service, we have, however, outlined below a typical tour. Our representatives will be there every step of the way to make it as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.
Day 1
You'll be met at the airport by a representative from Savvaidis & Associates, who'll show you to your hotel to check in. You will then be given a short presentation to show you the options available to you with facts & figures, giving you peace of mind that your investment will be the right one for you. (If
you are on a night flight our Property Specialist will meet you the following day!)
Day 2
First of all, breakfast at your hotel, which will be followed by a brief tour of
selected areas.
Your property specialist will take you for a full day inspecting your properties, with a break for lunch and coffee. After a long day looking at houses, you'll be returned to the hotel to prepare for dinner.
Day 3
After breakfast you'll be taken for another look at your favourite properties and locations, with help and guidance along the way on the purchasing process. You will then be taken through the contracts, costs, finance and legalities before lunch in a traditional Greek Taverna. In the afternoon, some time will be set aside for an informal meeting to give you any financial or legal assistance you may need. if you've found a property you can't resist, contracts will be prepared for you to sign.
Day 4
Now all the hard work is out of the way, you can either take another look at your new property, or start looking for furniture. Alternatively, you could decide to treat yourself to a few hours lounging in the sun or celebrating your new purchase before setting off for the airport!
Inspection Tour Dates
Our inspection tours are run twice weekly, Wednesday to Saturday or Saturday to Wednesday. However as they are organised on a one to one basis it is imperative that you contact us prior to making any plans. Our winter inspection tour days can be flexible, but the duration should be 4 days.
